Second, please recognize that there are many valid reasons why any product will or will not work for an individual person. Just because a product receives a few positive reviews does not necessarily mean it will work for you. Conversely, a negative product review does not always mean you should dismiss a product. As always, use your own judgement when using reviews to influence your buying decision.

I bought the TrimLife product through the internet on a whim.

Like most diet pill marketing, they played on my vulnerability and let me try the pills for free with a 30-day money back guarantee. They also offer special support and guidance. All free of charge at first.

To my unexpected surprise, I noticed no weight loss from these pills. When I tried to return them, I went to their website where there was absolutely no information on how to discontinue use.

Applying for the free trial automatically signs you up for additional monthly supplements that are not cheap. I believe my credit card was charged $59.99 per month for 1 bottle of TrimLife supplement and 1 bottle of your everyday vitamins that I could buy at any drugstore for $5.

The monthly amounts actually end up to only last you 1/2 the month (60 capsules of supplement for 4 capsules per day requirement equals only 15 days of use).

Because I was unable to contact them during the 30 day trial, they continued to charge my card until my credit ran out.

Since I felt I was now stuck with bottles and bottles of TrimLife, I decided to use it more “religiously” and assumed my first failed attempts were just human error.

After over a month of use, I have seen NO results. I exercise 1 to 2 times a day, 6 to 7 times a week: walking 3 to 5 miles and working out on the elipitical machines. I have also monitored my eating. I CAN say that I believe the supplements give me added energy to workout and during the first week of use I did feel full after taking the pills, but more of a heartburn full than a satisfied full.

The added support and nutritional help, I still haven’t seen. No one ever contacted me via e-mail or phone and

I received no diet or exercise plans or a weightloss guide. I feel that it can’t compare to some of the other, less expensive diet supplements on the market. I will continue to use my remaining bottles of TrimLife in the hopes of not wasting 100s of dollars, and because I do feel it energized me through my workouts.

After the trouble with the “so called” 30-day guarantee, the over-priced monthly supplements, the not existent support, and the below par results, I would hope no one else would follow in my footsteps and make the same mistakes as I did.

My fear is that if I had done a little research before my purchase, I could have used my money on a more effective product.

I, like so many others, fell victim to the “weight loss” miracle in a bottle known as Trimlife. I started the 30-day free trial, bought a second month’s supply trial and started taking both the supplement and the vitamin as instructed.

For 3 weeks I felt great! I was less hungry, had more energy and reduced my daily intake of cigarettes(not an advertised benefit, but it happened as a result of reduced appetite). But, after the third week, I started feeling an intense and localised burning in my stomach. I have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and believed that to be the cause of my discomfort.

But, IBS had never affected my stomach before, so I was concerned. I continued to take Trimlife for two weeks more; and, yes, I did lose weight, not suspecting that the supplement could be the cause of my pain. I finally was forced to consult a gastointerologist because I could not eat, drink coffee, or have a glass of wine without intense and dibilitating pain in the same area of my stomach. the doctor suspected an ulcer and prescribed a medication for the condition.

The pain lessened. After 2 weeks, I was eating regularly again ( but no coffee or alcohol) and I was fine. So, I started taking Trimlife again. About 1 hour after taking one pill, the pain came back. I have no idea if this supplement was the cause of this pain, but the evidence points to “yes”.

I am not that overweight (only 20 lbs.) and have led a pretty healthy life (despite the smoking)…has anyone else had this problem? I wanted to get my experience out there because if any others have had this problem, the company needs to be informed. Thank you!

I tried Trimlife back in the ephedra days, then when they came up with an ephedrine-free formula, tried that too.

Trimlife with ma huang, containing ephedra, worked – I dropped 20 pounds in a couple of months without exercise and without even trying. When I switched to the non-ephedra formula, it didn’t work at all – that is, I didn’t notice any difference than if I didn’t use it.

I have filled in one of those silly forms to get a “free pink razr phone” (stupidy), and by the way, I am working on my masters in technology. Nonetheless, one of the items I “had” to choose from, was Trimlife. So, I chose it.

I gave away the sample package, and o my, I was charged for a sixty-day supply. It was sitting in my cabinet for, oh about, four months when I decided, what the heck, I might as well try it.

I love it! I have lost four pounds, so far, and it is staying off. Now, I am NOT much overweight, but I wanted to feel better. I take one capsule in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one at night (recommended dosage is two in the morning and one in the afternoon.) I just wanted to disperse it.

By the way, I loved eating. Now, I eat a small lunch and small dinner. I feel much better. Even my colleagues and friends comment on the “small” change. Maybe it has something to do what my mother told me, “What you think, you become.”

I’m using it right now and I am extremely happy with the results. I am the ultimate yo-yo dieter and had reached new highs. I was about to try Hoodia, but finally decided to try the Trimlife that I’d purchased over a year ago and for some reason that I don’t recall, been unhappy with.

I love it!

I’m not hungry and don’t have that shaky feeling that came with some diet aids. I must admit that it’s only been four days, but I’m happy about the five pounds I’ve lost! I’m already noticing how much better I feel and I got my first “Girl you’re getting skinny!” compliment today.

I’m, at least, going to use up the bottle I bought!
