Hey I used Biotest Hot Rox, watched what I ate... and didn't lose anything. I really doubt theres any "fat burning" pill out there that's "over the counter.'

Im still very young, I think I just have to excercise it off. Anyhow Hot Rox was a failure. Im 6'2 and 230lbs, about 20+ BF%.

Hot Rox has proven very successful for me. I have used it in the past and am using it again to sculp my body further. However, it must be used in conjunction with a diet and good amount of exercise.

Overall very good product. Much better than Hydroxycut which I have also used.

I am a male college student looking to lose weight. I started taking Hot Rox 3 weeks ago, 1 capsule in the morning, 1 in the evening. I cut my diet down to 2 meals per day (relatively healthy) and did no exercise.

I increased my water intake to about 3 16 oz bottles per day. My weight improved from 214lbs to 205lbs in the first 2 weeks. The downside is it often takes me 2 hours to fall asleep, I toss and turn and am very anxious, and the lack of sleep the pills allow you to get negates the energy it's supposed to give you during the day.

Either way I am 9lbs lighter than I was 2 weeks ago. Take what you want from that, I probably won't be purchasing anymore when they run out because as a college student I cannot afford them.

I have been using Hot-Rox for almost a month now and have had excellent results. I didn't have much weight to lose in the first place, but have lost 4 pounds and can see the 6 pack coming through. Another month or two on this I figure I will have reached my goal. So I give Hot Rox two thumbs up!

Your review stated the biggest problem you have with Hot Rox is the price. You need about 2 bottles a month. GNC sells it for $49.99, but it is usually always on sale. I end up paying $20-30 per bottle.

I just found it online for as low as $22.95 per bottle. For under $30 per bottle, it is a great product. $50-60 per month is much better than $140 per month. And the bottom line is: IT WORKS.

Out of all the fat burners I have tried without ephedra, Hot Rox has worked the best. Along with excercise and a good diet. The only problem is the constant defecating. About 4 times a day.

I love this product, I maintain a healthy diet and exercise but was only losing about 1/2 lb per week. This product boosted me to just over 2 lbs per week and does loads to suppress my appetite.

Also, I was able to purchase it MUCH cheaper on ebay (2 bottles, 144 tabs, for $30 including shipping)

I have taken this product for 18 days now but the side effects for me arent worth continuing. I have only taken the smaller dose of one pill in the morning and then 6 hours after.

Within an hour of taking the first pill, I start to get flu like symptoms, feel very lethargic and tired, my eyes dry up like these is no liquid in them and I feel like I have sand in my eyes every time I blink. I drink plenty of water, more then enough and it doesnt seem to make a difference. I do have a slightly reduced appetite but I think thats just because I feel ill. After stopping the pills these symptoms went away. I wasnt on the stuff long enough to notice any real weight loss that could be attributed to taking hot rox. I feel slightly warm. No jitters. I would not recommend.

I have to say that after trying Hot Rox I was faily dissapointed with it. I did not drop one kilo. I made sure that I followed a very lean diet and I increased my cardio, but it did't make a difference.

I've been taking Hot Rox at 2 pills twice per day for one month now. I haven't started (or restarted) an exercise routine but I watch what I eat.

Just eating healthy alone was giving me slow weight loss results, but that was to be expected. When I added Hot Rox to my diet, I lost weight surprisingly fast. I started at 195 lbs a month ago, and I'm at 186 currently. Before, I was losing a couple of pounds in a month with the same strict diet and no exercise.

Please don't take this as a statement that exercise is not needed. I highly recommend exercise regardless of any dietary supplement. Remember, you can still be skinny and have an unhealthy heart. If Hot Rox worked this well with diet alone, I can only imagine how great the results will be when I hit the weights again.

BTW, I get Hot Rox for $29.99 with my gold member card at GNC, so the price is a lot easier on the wallet these days.

I like Biotest products for the most part. The "Complete Protein" is awesome and so is their banana flavored protein and their "Surge", however, I am not a big fan of Hot Rox.

My husband and I both use the Hot Rox Extreme. He has gotten great results but he is naturally lean and does not have to fight off the fat. He also loves and uses their other supplements. So, it makes me wonder if it is not a combination of all of it that works for him.

Honestly, I have taken these for as long as he has and have not dropped any fat and I am not eating bacon and ho-ho cupcakes for lunch and McDonald's for dinner! I have not had the results that I experienced only with an ephedra based fat burner such as the original Hydroxycut.

So, ladies, if you are like me and eat relatively clean, lift, and do cardio, and you are expecting some fat loss by adding this in.....all I can say is good luck and maybe it will work for you.
