Gymnema Sylvestre For Blood Sugar Moderation & Weight Loss
Gymnema sylvestre is a herb commonly found in the tropical forests of India, and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries as a treatment for diabetes.
Both human and animal studies suggest Gymnema is effective in this regard (see here, here, and here) with additional data suggesting it may even have a positive effect on lipid metabolism. Because of the existing documentation, it is thought to show potential in the treatment of both diabetes and obesity.
