Photo Manipulation: Not Done Only on Women’s Pics

The documentary, “Bigger, Stronger, Faster” came out in 2008, so a lot of people have seen it by now. But for those who haven’t, I thought the following clip (via Sociological Images), which discusses how “before/after” pics can be manipulated, was worth posting:

We’ll soon be saying farewell to 2010 and ringing in the New Year. I don’t know how many people will be searching for fat loss supps to support their resolutions to lose weight and get into shape; but those who do should be skeptical of those amazing transformations highlighted in many supplement ads.

  1. I would hope some year people would get the drift that correct eating and exercise will do the job. Not some loose fat quick scam or pill.
    But I’m sure this year will be no different than the past. Half-heartedly work at it for a few weeks, then back to the old habits.

    Oh well, I don’t know how to change peoples way of thinking, or doing. Or in this case “not” doing.
