Evidently every one of the companies in the FDA&#8217;s crosshairs has now been hit, as in addition to as-yet-unnamed companies not included in the agency&#8217;s crackdown.<\/p>\n<p>The suits named in the article are:<\/p>\n<p>Govinda Hogan and Catherine Giasone vs. USP Labs (filed in February)<br \/>\nAnthony Velasco vs. SEI Pharmaceuticals<br \/>\nDerick Barkum vs. Isatori Global Technologies, Inc<br \/>\nJason McKenna vs. Nutrex Research, Inc.<br \/>\nAndrew Velasco vs. Gaspari Nutrition, Inc.<br \/>\nJohn Calvin Anthony Baker vs. Musclemeds Performance Technologies<br \/>\nHerbert Reyes vs. SNI<br \/>\nJose de la Rosa vs. Exclusive Supplements<br \/>\nAlejandro Reyes vs. Fahrenheit Group<br \/>\nAlexander Urban vs. Muscle Warfare<\/p>\n<p>And guess what? Every one of them was filed by the same lawfirm (Kirtland and Packard, LLP). Why am I not surprised?<\/p>\n<p>Update: the unamed companies mentioned above are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nutraingredients-usa.com\/Regulation\/DMAA-latest-14-class-action-suits-now-filed-by-CA-law-firm-but-speed-may-not-be-of-the-essence-predicts-expert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Labrada Nutrition (Stim-Force); Vital Pharmaceuticals (Anarchy Covalex), S.A.N.
