Although my holiday menu is pretty much set, there are some recipes there that I&#8217;m keen to try &#8211; like the curried chickpea salad, coconut butternut squash soup, risotto with pumpkin, ginger and sage, seven-vegetable couscous\u00a0and the stir-fried balasmic-vinegar carrots.<\/p>\n<p>Suffice it to say, dishes like these are a far cry from the usual salad or steamed-veggie(s)-on-the-side-of-the-plate. If you hate vegetables, or are indifferent to them, these sorts of recipes could help you change your mind.
