{"id":237,"date":"2008-08-18T03:35:23","date_gmt":"2008-08-18T01:35:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.ultimatefatburner.com\/wordpress\/?p=237"},"modified":"2008-08-18T03:35:23","modified_gmt":"2008-08-18T01:35:23","slug":"max-ot-week-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ultimatefatburner.com\/ufb-blog\/max-ot-week-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Max-OT: Week 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finally.\u00a0 Got.\u00a0 Through.\u00a0 An.\u00a0 Uninterrupted.\u00a0 Week.<\/p>\n<p>It felt good, despite the fact that I had a major case of DOMS in my quads following the leg workout.\u00a0\u00a0 And it&#8217;s\u00a0not like I made\u00a0any earth-shattering progress this week, either.\u00a0 It FELT like progress, however, given the general disorganization of the last 3 weeks.\u00a0 Being back on track and working hard was sort of its own reward&#8230;soreness was just a detail.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to Week 6: there will be some modifications to the schedule.\u00a0 Rather than a 5-day\/week schedule with only 1 &#8211; 2 muscle groups per workout, it&#8217;s a rotating 3-days on\/1 off schedule that goes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Back, Biceps, and Forearms<\/li>\n<li>Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps<\/li>\n<li>Legs, Calves, and Abs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally.\u00a0 Got.\u00a0 Through.\u00a0 An.\u00a0 Uninterrupted.\u00a0 Week.
