{"id":128,"date":"2008-05-04T19:59:14","date_gmt":"2008-05-04T17:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.ultimatefatburner.com\/wordpress\/the-test-test-day-25\/"},"modified":"2008-05-04T19:59:14","modified_gmt":"2008-05-04T17:59:14","slug":"the-test-test-day-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ultimatefatburner.com\/ufb-blog\/the-test-test-day-25\/","title":{"rendered":"The &#8220;Test&#8221; Test: Day 25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>He&#8217;s baaaack!\u00a0 From his biz trip, that is.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, it didn&#8217;t go too badly: although he was frantically busy, John still made time for some in-room workouts.\u00a0 His eating was ok too: not perfect, but generally satisfactory.\u00a0 He was down to 3 meals, in deference to his work schedule, and made good food choices, with a little splurging at dinner (like having a couple of beers).\u00a0 He was hovering at 210 lbs. when he left, and came back at 211 &#8211; 212 lbs. &#8211; which is within the limits of day-to-day variation, really.<\/p>\n<p>He\u00a0took his supps every day.\u00a0 Dunno if it was the IsaTest or the back pressure, but he\u00a0was pretty frisky yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>We did a body comp this morning.\u00a0 He came in at 16.7% &#8211; so he&#8217;s lost a bit over 1% bodyfat since we started (17.8%).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He took the day off yesterday, so it&#8217;s back to the workout again\u00a0today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He&#8217;s baaaack!\u00a0 From his biz trip, that is.
