The resulting drink was less like a “shake” and more like chocolate milk…the soluble fiber in the mix added some body and mouthfeel to the liquid, but not much. It was sweet, but not quite as chocolatey as I would have liked. It was decent, though, and more importantly, it kept my appetite at bay for a good 2 h while I was writing…more than I expected from a little 140 calorie drink. <\/p>\n I gave it another shot, later in the day, only this time putting the milk and Chocolite powder into the blender with a teaspoon of cocoa powder, then adding ice cubes instead of water. The result was much more like a real chocolate milk shake…maybe not the equivalent of Baskin Robbins, perhaps, but quite good enough for a chocolate “fix.”<\/p>\n\n\n
