Most of the antioxidant activity is likely to be from the added flavonoids, however, rather than the fruit or green blends…2 grams of veggie\/fruit powders is less than half a teaspoon, after all – not really enough to make a substantial phytonutrient contribution.<\/p>\n The ALL ONE\u00a0powders provide a minimum of 100% (and often more) of the RDA for all the principal vitamins, with the exceptions of Vitamin K and Biotin.\u00a0They also provide a substantial percentage of most minerals – including 110% of the RDA for Calcium. This is unusual for most multis, which typically provide 20% or less.<\/p>\n They\u00a0also appear to be a better value than many high potency multis. For example,\u00a0a 1,000 g canister of the Fruit\u00a0Antioxidant blend\u00a0provides 66 servings…which I found for $46.77 at iHerb.com.<\/p>\n It seems a little unfair to evaluate\u00a0these supps\u00a0for taste.\u00a0They’re designed to be largely tasteless and the instructions clearly specify that\u00a0they should be dissolved in juice. Unfortunately, I’m not a juice drinker, so I decided to try\u00a0them in water, instead. The good news is that they\u00a0really\u00a0are (more-or-less) tasteless, although\u00a0they have a somewhat yeasty odor and a not-very-appetizing, murky appearance.
