For example, here&#8217;s a few chapter titles to show you what I mean&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can I get rid of fat in a certain area by spot reducing?<\/li>\n<li>How much protein do I need in a day?<\/li>\n<li>Should I exercise on an empty stomach?<\/li>\n<li>Is it important to workout every muscle group?<\/li>\n<li>How does a supplement become a supplement?<\/li>\n<li>Can a weight gainer make you fat?<\/li>\n<li>Is creatine a steroid?<\/li>\n<li>What is German volume training?<\/li>\n<li>How slow or fast should I do my repetitions?<\/li>\n<li>What are some classic overtraining symptoms?<\/li>\n<li>How do I get a 6-pack?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of the reasons I really enjoyed this publication is its formatting. It&#8217;s well-written and not intimidating, with plenty of to graphics to break up the flow and make it easy on the eyes. Unlike some PDF-formatted publications, this one is no hardship to read.
