I used a whole bottle of SmartBurn and have the whole diet thing down to portions and healthy things. I also exercise intensely 5 times a week and haven't lost even and inch. For me the money was not well spent. I even seem larger around the mid-section (almost like I'm bloated).

I have been using Smartburn for 2 weeks now...following the directions carefully, drinking lots of water, no snacking after the evening meal, etc.

So far I have lost 2 pounds, which is likely because I am not snacking at night and am drinking lots of water.

Does it work...well it helped me change some bad habits but I would hardly call 2 pounds in 2 weeks rapid.

Hi, I have tried the product Smart Burn. The first couple of days that I took it I was always going to the bathroom to empty my bladder.

I was on it for 2 weeks and I lost 4 lbs. I think that was mostly water that I lost from going to the bathroom so much.

At times I could not eat because I always felt full but I have that problem since I have gotten older. I personally think that the product is not what it is supposed to be.

I'm very disappointed with this product. True, my appetite is suppressed right after I take it, but after I eat my lunch I crave snacks, snacks, snacks! You're better off drinking tons of water and counting calories, because that'll make you lose weight faster than this product. Sigh...$25 down the drain!

I have been taking Smartburn for about two weeks now. I feel like I am eating more instead of eating less. I have used other diet pills and know what it is like to have your appetite supressed. Smartburn doesn't cut it.

My comments are all very positive regarding the new SmartBurn. WOW! As any consumer i was leary about purchasing any diet aid, but I really needed a kick start as the past 2 yrs I had just given up trying to diet and just started getting heavier and heavier. Which in turn just made me more sad.

About a month and a half ago I purchased the SmartBurn in Walmart and it sat in my cupboard for the 4 next few weeks.

I finally decided on March 27, 2006 (monday) that this was the day and I began taking the recommended daily dosages and have been taking them faithly since that time (today is April 13, 2006).

I'm feeling soooo much better about myself now and wish I had started SmartBurn when I first bought them. Ive lost 14 lbs in 2 weeks and 3 days, using SMARTBURN, cutting my calories to less than half of my previous daily intake, and drinking lots of water.

Im totally amazed at how great I feel, I'm regaining self-confidence, I'm out walking daily now, and I don't feel hungry all the time. I'm feeling wonderful again, thanks to the creators of Smart Burn. Amazing. Thank You.

I've been using SMARTBURN for approximately 2-3 weeks taking it as directed and even drinking the recommended amount of water and frankly, I'm dissappointed because I've gained about 2-3 pounds since I've started using it.

I work out on my elliptical trainer every other day for a minimum of 30 minutes along with other exercises to tone, I eat very sensibly and still I've managed to gain weight.

I'm looking for a diet pill that will actually do what it says it will do. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend this for weight loss.

I have been taking Smartburn with Hoodia for approximately 13 weeks. During that time, I've lost 35 pounds.

I have tried many supplements over the years, but none have worked as well for me as Smartburn. Tt really does curb my appetite - I still get hungry, but am satisfied with smaller meals.

It also claims to "support mental well-being" and I have noticed that effect as well. I just feel calmer in general. I would recommend this product to anyone interested losing weight. (Make sure shop online- much better prices than in the stores.)

I tried Smartburn and was highly disappointed. At first it seemed as though it might work - but I was hungry within an hour after eating. It did not help me lose weight although I was not left with a shaky feeling after taking it. I stayed on it for two weeks and lost nothing!

I started using SmartBurn last week. I found whenever I took the pill, instead of "supressing" my appetite, it actually made me wanting to eat.

Weird, but when I didn't take the pills, I would be fine on that day. Perhaps it's just me but just so you would like to know. Not sure about the help on the weight loss tho' but they did ask you to eat low cal food and exercise regularly. I guess you can lose weight that way without the pills anyways.
